Copyright Protections for Original Literature & Artwork

Any work displayed on the pages of Casavaria Publishing remains the copyright-protected intellectual property of its author. Federal and international copyright laws specify that any original work of art, written, visual or recorded, acquires copyright status as soon as it takes some recognizable form, whether or not it has been completed and prepared for publication.

In accordance with these regulations, no work found here may be copied, reproduced, broadcast or redistributed in any form, without the express, written consent of its author. Casavaria uses and distributes text and images only with authorial consent.

Translations Performed by Casavaria Translation Services

Though the author will always retain all copyright protections for an original work, these protections will be shared by Casavaria for the translated text of a given work, if that translation is created by Casavaria translators. The original work will always remain the exclusive property of its author, whether or not a translation is performed.

Graphics, Layout & Editorial Text

The graphic layout and all editorial text by which Casavaria makes its services available are the copyright-protected intellectual property of Casavaria Publishing and its editorial staff.

Any use of the original graphic designs, page layout, or other editorial creations, including text and description of the purpose, origin, and direction of Casvaria's services, without the express, written consent of Casavaria's editor-in-chief is a violation of those copyright protections.

News Stories, Citations from Other Sources

Quotes, abstracts and links to stories from other news services (shown as part of Casavaria's onling project or any of its digital imprints — SentidoNews.com, CavaTravel.com, the Ecology pages) are included under fair use standards of copyright law and do not indicate any actual partnership, endorsement or collaboration of any kind. All content generated by other sources and cited by Casavaria, Sentido, or CavaTravel, remains under the full copyright control of its author or copyright-holder, and Casavaria makes no claim on such content.
