19 November: One day after 85 are killed in attacks on civilians in Iraq, another suicide bomber kills at least 30, possibly more than 50, in a funeral procession... 8 November: Italian television reporting findings that US troops used chemical weapons in Fallujah in Nov. 2004; reports corroborate research done by Giuliana Sgrena prior to her kidnap by insurgents and rescue, in which coalition forces killed an Italian agent... International observers say the Azerbaijan election fraught with irregularities, does not meet basic standards of democratic process... France imposes curfews in move to halt spreading civil unrest; CNN reports unrest has spread to "over 200 towns and cities" around France...
